Office for Advancing Success in Science

The Office for Advancing Success in Science coordinates the management of several federally funded training programs at the University of Kansas and nearby partnering institutions including Haskell Indian Nations University.

Supporting Students, Post-baccalaureates and Postdoctoral Scholars for Research Careers in the Biological Sciences

We strive for an environment where everyone pursuing training in research is valued. Our aim is to ensure everyone in our programs are able to thrive, succeed, and engage in opportunities that allow them to be their very best selves. To achieve this vision, the Office for Advancing Success in Science provides a supportive community with skill-building, mentoring, and financial support. We welcome applications from all individuals interested in pursuing careers in research, including those from groups historically underserved in the biological sciences.
